This will be a fun, fast paced program, with computer generated slides and lots of "Show and Tell" items from UFDC events. Visitors are encouraged and will be warmly received. If you have a friend that is considering applying to our club for membership, this would be a good program to help them understand our club and how it relates to United Federation of Doll Collectors.

August 17, 2006, 12 Noon: Doll and Teddy Bear Picnic at Clotilde Merlo Park in Sterling City. Is there a better way to celebrate summer then a picnic in a beautiful park with dolls, teddy bears and friends that understand your passion? Please bring your own utensils, plate, cup, napkin and drink - plus bring some food to share, and of course, your doll or teddy bear. Car pooling is encouraged. Arrange your own car pool or contact Carol Mordock if you either need a ride or want to offer one to someone else. If you are a previous visitor to our club and would like to attend this picnic, please send an email with your phone number and we will contact you.
September 21, 2006: Prep for Days of Living History, sponsored by the Gold Nugget Museum of Paradise, CA. Days of Living History will take place on Sept. 23 and 24, and we need club volunteers to staff our Pioneer Paper Dolls booth. Several other important items will be discussed, including our holiday charity project and up-coming restoration workshops. Please make every effort to attend this important meeting.
October 19, 2006: The Art of Dollmaking - by Dorothy Westlund.
