May 20, 2004 (at the Cozy Diner, Paradise)
Nancy Ann Dolls - program by Carol and Marsha, who will be attending the Nancy Ann Show in Fairfield at the end of April. Fresh from the show, this promises to be a fun presentation from these two devoted Nancy Ann collectors.
12:00 noon - No-host lunch for those who wish to socialize prior to the meeting.
1:30 pm - Business meeting and program, including Show and Tell (bring a doll to share).
June 17, 2004 (at the Cozy Diner, Paradise)
Goetz Dolls - program by Mary, who loves vintage dolls, and it will be fun to see what she chooses to share with us at this meeting.

Program: Barbie, The Doll That Changed a Generation, Part 1
This is the same program that Denise presented at the UFDC National Convention on Aug 5, 2004, where it was well received and enjoyed by seminar participants. (Part 2 of this program will be scheduled for a future meeting.) Please join us as Denise, an avid collector, journalist, business woman, wife and mother, and Barbie enthusiast takes a look at the forever-popular Barbie. Her history and influence on generations of girls as well as clues to identification, market value and pricing will be discussed. Display will include many personal items from Denise's collection.

UFDC Convention Report - by Denise and Arleen
Have you ever wondered what goes on at the annual convention of United Federation of Doll Clubs? Fun, fun, fun and dolls, dolls, dolls! Denise and Arleen will share some of their personal experiences, dolls and photos from the 2004 convention in Kansas City, Mo., including photos of the UFDC Headquarters and Museum.
Show and Tell - every meeting (a time to share a new or favorite doll with the club). If you have a souvenier doll from a past UFDC convention, this would be a good time to share it.

Workshop and business meeting at 1:30 p.m.:
Workshop - Our Holiday Outreach Project: Gift Bags for Residents of Paradise Health Care Nursing Home.
We will be decorating the gift bags and wrapping the gifts.
Visitors are welcome to participate in this project.
Please bring scissors, glue, marking pen, transparent tape, wrapping paper and ribbon.
If you would like additional information about this project, please call 873-9382.
Dec 2 - 10:00 am - Meeting at Arleen's house to complete the gift bag preparation. RSVP please - Arleen will be serving lunch and needs an approximate headcount. We will complete any gift bag decoration, wrap gifts, and distribute them into the bags.
Dec 9 - 10:00 am - Delivery of gift bags to Paradise Heath Care. Bring baked goods on trays or in containers that you do not want returned. Family members are welcome to participate in this event.
Dec 16 th, Noon - Holiday Party for Members and Invited Guests at Mary's House
This is a pot luck, and Mary has the sign-up sheet in case you'd like to add an item to the list. If you want to play the gift exchange game, bring a wrapped, doll related present in the $10 - $20 range. Do not put any tags on the gift.
